Qualifications And Skills
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques, Familiarity with job portals and lead generation strategies, Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, A proactive and people-oriented mindset,
