About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Systems Ownership

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
  • Documentation & Training

  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Train HR team members and end users on system updates, new features, and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
