Job Summary:

HR Strategy & Planning Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, including forecasting talent needs and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation teams to design integrated HR programs.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement.
  • Advise senior leaders on HR best practices, change management, and organizational design.
  • Monitor external HR trends, labor market conditions, and regulatory changes to keep strategies current and compliant.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth industry.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and labor laws.
  • Background in organizational psychology or change management is a plus.
