Job Description

Primary Responsibility

Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Collaborate and coordinate efforts across multiple departments to address the requirements of single and multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain thorough project documentation and produce detailed, regular reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making. Handle Legal drafting and compliances.
Facilitating Cross-Functional Communication:
Foster and enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring and Control:
Help establish and monitor project progress, identify issues, and ensure projects remain on track for successful completion.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing project processes and outcomes. Assist in implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

Desired Candidate:

Any BE / B.Sc with 2 to 7 years of Experience
Computer savvy, having hands on exprience in MS-Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and drafting
Eys on details
Team member with excellent coordination skills.
