Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct market analysis and market intelligence for existing and new products
Support product launches and new product development initiatives
Lead and support dealer sales teams to achieve targets
Plan and deliver training for DSPs
Collect customer feedback and support product improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, NPD, Product, Marketing, Support)
Drive demand generation, sales promotion, and product positioning
Monitor sales performance, market share, and sales volume
Manage product pricing and promotional activities
Prepare MIS, reports, and performance dashboards
Support sales strategy execution and strategic initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, or Engineering
Experience in product, sales strategy, or market intelligence roles
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Exposure to product launch and dealer network management
Willingness to travel and work in a field-oriented environment
