Assistant Manager - Strategy (Digital)

As part of our EY-Parthenon team, you will help clients shape their digital future by developing forward-looking growth and transformation strategies. Leveraging EY-Parthenon s proprietary frameworks, you will guide clients on how best to invest in emerging technologies, optimize digital ecosystems, and unlock long-term value through innovation. This includes crafting digital market entry strategies, evaluating technology-led investment opportunities, and undergoing transformation.

The opportunity

Join EY-Parthenon s Strategy team as an Associate Manager - Digital Strategy, where you ll play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation engagements. You ll work closely with senior leaders and clients to shape digital growth strategies, assess emerging technologies, and support the development of transformation roadmaps that drive measurable impact

Your key responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital strategy engagements focused on transformation, innovation, and value creation
• Conduct digital maturity assessments, market scans, and competitive benchmarking
• Assist in developing technology investment plans and digital / AI transformation roadmaps
• Identify value potential and upside from technology investment on company s operations
• Develop understanding of various technologies across company s value chain and conduct detailed assessment of prioritized use case for implementation and impact
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on project delivery and research

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy, digital consulting, or technology-led transformation
• Exposure to digital strategy frameworks, emerging tech trends, and innovation models
• Strong analytical and communication skills with structured problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel; Python or VBA is a plus
• MBA or Master s from a Tier 1 B-School preferred; candidates with strong tech consulting backgrounds are preferred

• Project management skills

• Strategy roadmap design skills and experience in client-facing roles
