Job Description

Assistant Manager - Strategy (Digital)

As part of our EY-Parthenon team, you will help clients shape their digital future by developing forward-looking growth and transformation strategies. Leveraging EY-Parthenon s proprietary frameworks, you will guide clients on how best to invest in emerging technologies, optimize digital ecosystems, and unlock long-term value through in ation. This includes crafting digital ket entry strategies, evaluating technology-led investment opportunities, and undergoing transformation.

The opportunity

Join EY-Parthenon s Strategy team as an Associate Manager - Digital Strategy, where you ll play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation engagements. You ll work closely with senior leaders and clients to shape digital growth strategies, assess emerging technologies, and support the development of transformation roadmaps that drive measurable impact

Your key responsibilities

Support delivery of digital strategy engagements focused on transformation, in ation, and value creation
Conduct digital maturity assessments, ket scans, and competitive bench king
Assist in developing technology investment plans and digital / AI transformation roadmaps
Identify value potential and upside from technology investment on company s operations
Develop understanding of various technologies across company s value chain and conduct detailed assessment of prioritized use case for implementation and impact
Mentor and guide ior consultants on project delivery and research

Skills and attributes for success

Digital strategy support and roadmap documentation
Digital maturity assessment and peer bench king
Technology trend research and use case identification
ket and competitive intelligence gathering
Structured problem solving and insight synthesis

To qualify for the role, you must have

6-8 years of experience in strategy, digital consulting, or technology-led transformation
Exposure to digital strategy frameworks, emerging tech trends, and in ation models
Strong analytical and communication skills with structured problem-solving ability
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Excel; Python or VBA is a plus
MBA or Master s from a Tier 1 B-School preferred; candi with strong tech consulting backgrounds are preferred

Ideally, you ll also have

Project management skills
Exposure to design thinking, MVP development, and platform ecosystem evaluation
Strategy roadmap design skills and experience in client-facing roles

Passionate professionals with digital acumen, strategic thinking, and a growth mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate across diverse teams
A commitment to continuous learning and driving impact through digital in ation
