HR Recruitment Intern

As an applicant for this position, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process and support various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Candidate Sourcing: You will assist in sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Resume Screening: Conducting resume reviews and application assessments to identify qualified candidates. - Interview Coordination: You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks, such as maintaining candidate databases and updating employee records. - Onboarding Support: Supporting the onboarding process for new hires. - HR Events: Participation in HR meetings and training sessions. - Data Management: Maintaining and updating HR databases and records. The desired skills and qualifications for this role include: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic. - A Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
