HR Recruitment Intern
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Duration: 4–6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and exposure to essential HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in HR, this role provides a solid foundation in both strategic and operational aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal recruitment sheets.
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding processes including documentation and HRMS data entry.
  • Help update and manage internal trackers for attendance, hiring, and employee records.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and induction programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA in HR or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and people management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
