Position Summary

The HR Recruitment Intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle to source, screen, and onboard talent. This role offers practical, hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly talent acquisition and candidate management.

Role & responsibilities:

• Shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Draft and post job advertisements; manage listings across platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Assist in onboarding tasks and documentation.
• Communicate offers and rejections.
• Address candidate or employee queries rela

Qualifications:

• Studying or recently completed Bachelor's in HR, Business, or similar fields.
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
