HR Recruitment Intern

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Candidate Sourcing: You will assist in finding suitable candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Resume Screening: Your role will involve reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Interview Coordination: You will be in charge of scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Administrative Support: Your duties will include assisting with administrative tasks, such as maintaining candidate databases and updating employee records. - Onboarding Support: You will play a key role in assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. - HR Events: Your participation in HR meetings and training sessions will be expected. - Data Management: It will be your responsibility to maintain and update HR databases and records. In addition, the desired skills and qualifications for this position include: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic. - A Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
