Role Description

This is an on-site internship position for an HR Recruitment Intern located in Gurgaon. The intern will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team with daily tasks, such as sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. They will assist in job postings across different platforms, coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements, and participate in employer branding activities. The role also involves providing administrative support to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions and stakeholder coordination
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS tools, and familiarity with job portals
  • Enthusiasm for human resources and a proactive learning attitude
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
