Associate Director – Client Success & Delivery

We're looking for a strategic leader to head delivery & client success for our Fixed Scope Project vertical. If you’ve managed short-cycle tech projects, worked closely with clients, and know how to turn delivery excellence into long-term account growth—this is for you. 🔹 What You’ll Do: Drive end-to-end delivery of fixed scope projects across startups and enterprises Ensure on-time, high-quality execution with PMs, Tech Leads, QA & Design Own client relationships and proactively identify upsell/AMC opportunities Standardize delivery playbooks and mentor project teams Collaborate with sales for SoW expansion and account farming 🔹 What We’re Looking For: 8–12 yrs experience in digital/tech delivery (preferably fixed-price or product builds) Strong client handling, delivery governance, and commercial acumen Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on delivery focus Location : Gurgaon 📩 Ready to lead a high-velocity vertical at a fast-growing tech consulting firm?
