About The Role You’ll play a key part in driving our talent acquisition efforts, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You'll also gain exposure to core HR operations, making it a great opportunity for someone passionate about building careers—starting with their own. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain and update job postings across platforms Track applicant progress and maintain recruitment dashboards/trackers Coordinate onboarding and manage employee documentation Assist with HRIS data updates and reports as needed Support basic HR operations and engagement tasks as part of the broader People Success team Qualifications Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and coordination skills Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Proficient in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn Mandatory requirement: Must have a laptop that is WiFi-enabled.
