HR Recruiter

Location: Kanpur
Working Days: 6 Days (Can become 5 days or WFH based on performance)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)

Job Description

We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on calling and candidate coordination. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews across multiple job roles.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCalling & Recruitment Activities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates for open positions.
• Explain job roles, salary structure, and company details clearly.
• Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or walk-in).
• Maintain daily calling reports and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates till joining and handle post-interview communication.
• Build and manage a strong candidate database.

General HR Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication with candidates.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment is required.
• Freshers are also welcome if they have good communication skills and interest in HR.
• Good Hindi/English communication.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
