Job Title: boAt Voice Process – B2B Support Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs Experience Level: Fresher to 6 Months Education: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates Location: Sector 62, Noida Salary: Up to ₹29,000/month fixed pay and performance incentives Position Overview Become a part of boAt’s growing B2B division, one of India’s most recognized lifestyle and consumer electronics brands. This dual-role opportunity combines outbound B2B sales with seller support operations, offering hands-on experience in client communication, partner onboarding, and service resolution in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales (20%) Conduct outbound calls to small businesses, distributors, and retail partners to introduce boAt’s B2B offerings. Present service benefits and solutions tailored to business needs, with a goal to convert leads into active partners. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and conversion benchmarks. Maintain detailed records of lead status and interactions in CRM tools. Follow structured scripts and sales processes while adapting to different customer profiles. Seller and Partner Support (80%) Handle incoming queries from existing B2B sellers and partners related to product listings, order status, returns, payments, and operational issues. Ensure accurate information is provided and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Escalate unresolved or complex cases to internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with the client. Support sellers in navigating the B2B platform and staying updated on policies and process changes. Maintain consistent service quality and adhere to performance and compliance standards. Candidate Requirements Fluent verbal communication in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, web portals, and CRM tools. Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Strong listening skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
