HR Recruitment Executive

As a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the organization's talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment life cycle including understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications. - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media. - Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates" fitment for the role. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments and ensure timely feedback. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives. - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws. - Maintain documentation and assist in pre-joining formalities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setup or consultancy. Required Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS systems.
