Logistic Coordinator- OTR Specialist

Role Overview: As an OTR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating LTL and FTL operations throughout the US. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of freight while also building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate LTL and FTL operations across the US - Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of freight - Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and key stakeholders - Utilize load planning, dispatch coordination, and effective communication with carriers - Familiarity with US lanes, routing, freight rates, and transit time management - Proficiency in using load boards, TMS platforms, and shipment tracking tools - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and resolve issues under pressure Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in OTR logistics, specifically in LTL/FTL operations within the US - Strong understanding of load planning, dispatch coordination, and effective communication with carriers - Familiarity with US lanes, routing, freight rates, and transit time management - Proficiency in using load boards, TMS platforms, and shipment tracking tools - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and resolve issues under pressure Additional Details: In return for your contributions, the company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for growth, a supportive team environment, and a dynamic work culture.
