The Deputy Manager - Logistics and Supply Chain Management will assist in managing Fretron's on-ground operations and support the Manager in achieving operational goals. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in OTR logistics, specifically in LTL/FTL operations within the US. You will need a strong understanding of load planning, dispatch coordination, and effective communication with carriers. Familiarity with US lanes, routing, freight rates, and transit time management is essential. Proficiency in using load boards, TMS platforms, and shipment tracking tools is also required. Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
