Brindley Technologies is looking for HR – Recruitment to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Job Analysis and Description: HR Recruiters work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions
  • They conduct job analysis, define job descriptions, and develop job specifications that outline the desired qualifications, skills, and experience for each role
  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: HR Recruiters employ various strategies to source and attract potential candidates
  • This may include posting job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and company websites
  • They also utilize networking, referrals, and professional associations to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Resume Screening and Applicant Evaluation: HR Recruiters review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • They assess candidate qualifications against job requirements, and conduct initial screenings through phone or video interviews to evaluate their suitability for the position
  • Interviewing and Selection: HR Recruiters coordinate and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • This includes scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • They may also facilitate additional rounds of interviews with hiring managers or other team members
  • Candidate Relationship Management: HR Recruiters maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • They provide updates on application status, answer candidate queries, and address concerns or issues
  • They also coordinate pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks as required
  • Offer Management and Negotiation: Once a suitable candidate is identified, HR Recruiters extend job offers and negotiate employment terms, including compensation, benefits, and start dates
  • They handle offer letters, contracts, and any required paperwork, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Applicant Tracking and Reporting: HR Recruiters use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports on recruitment activities
  • This helps in monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and improving the overall recruitment process
