Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for international BPO roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews, share feedback, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports/dashboards.
Interact with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements and align strategies.
Ensure smooth candidate experience and handle queries.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
