Role & responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and talent databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain an organized HR Software for efficient candidate management.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Track and analyse hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment strategies.
Documents' collection and managing the human resource file.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (HR Software, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
