Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on job boards, social media, and career sites.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain an organized HR Software for efficient candidate management.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and analyse hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Documents' collection and managing the human resource file.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition (Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (HR Software, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
