Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Expert to strategize, execute, and optimize influencer-led campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and engagement across digital platforms. The role demands a strong network of influencers (macro, micro, and nano), exceptional relationship management, and a data-driven approach to deliver impactful campaigns for our portfolio brands like Actium Plus, Neutriderm, Dermavive, ISIS Pharma Procalp Haircare.

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across categories (macro, micro, nano, and Barter).
• Build innovative influencer-led content and campaign ideas for maximum reach and engagement.

• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
• Maintain long-term relationships with influencers, KOLs, agency & creators.
• Leverage influencer communities for product launches, advocacy, and seasonal campaigns.

Campaign Execution

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, dressing, background, execution, approvals, and timely delivery).
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and compliance.
• Drive collaborations across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide detailed campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize influencer selection and campaign strategies for better outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with digital, social media, creative, and PR teams to amplify influencer campaigns.
• Support content amplification through paid media and brand integrations.
