Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, negotiation, and coordination.
• Draft briefs, share guidelines, and ensure influencers deliver content in line with brand objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator managers.
• Coordinate timely deliveries, approvals, and posting schedules.
• Track campaign performance, gather insights, and prepare detailed campaign reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging.
• Handle barter and paid collaborations, ensuring budget efficiency.
• Maintain and update dashboards, databases, and influencer performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working in influencer marketing, preferably within a marketing agency or consumer brand.
• Good understanding of influencer platforms, content styles, and audience demographics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
