As an Influencer Marketer at our company, your role involves driving installs, paid conversions, and visibility for our web and mobile apps through impactful influencer collaborations. You will research and identify relevant micro and macro influencers globally, reach out to creators, manage communications, and coordinate collaborations. Additionally, you will support negotiation and onboarding processes for new influencer partnerships, prepare content briefs, track campaign deliverables, and maintain influencer databases and performance tracking sheets. Your collaboration with the performance marketing team to repurpose influencer content for paid ads will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify relevant micro and macro influencers globally - Reach out to creators, manage communications, and coordinate collaborations - Support negotiation and onboarding processes for new influencer partnerships - Prepare content briefs with clear value propositions, messaging, and usage flows - Track campaign deliverables, content approvals, and posting timelines - Maintain influencer databases and performance tracking sheets - Monitor trends and propose creative campaign ideas based on what's trending - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to repurpose influencer content for paid ads Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator collaborations - Ability to match the right influencers with the right goals (reach, installs, engagement, conversions) - Strong communication and relationship management skills - Comfortable preparing briefs, reviewing content, and analyzing campaign ROI - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple active campaigns - Bonus: Experience with platforms like Upfluence, Modash, Collabstr, or CreatorIQ Location: Kochi, Kerala If you are a smart, creative, and proactive individual with a passion for influencer marketing and creator collaborations, and possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
