1. International Voice Process Executive (Multiple Domains)

• Roles:

  Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer service for various international clients.

• Domains:

  E-commerce, Healthcare, Airlines, Banking, Telecom, Hospitality.

• Locations:

  Marathahalli, Electronic City, Brookfield, Manyata Tech Park.

• Qualifications:

  10th Pass & Above (Telecom), 12th Pass & Above (Other domains).

• Experience & Salary (Take Home):

• Freshers:

  18,000 to 28,000

• Experienced (6+ months):

  Up to 50,000 (depending on domain and experience, e.g., Healthcare at Manyata Tech Park offers up to 50K, Banking up to 45K)

• Key Skills:

  Excellent verbal communication, active listening, customer service, problem-solving.

• Age Limit:

  32 (for most roles), 36 (for Banking and Hospitality roles at Manyata Tech Park).

• Benefits:

  2-way transport (some with charges), Rotational Shift, 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs.

2. Non-Voice Process Executive

• Role:

  Manage customer interactions via email, chat, and other written channels.

• Locations:

  Bommanahalli, Whitefield, Manyata Tech Park.

• Freshers:

  Up to 18,000

• Experienced:

  Up to 35,000

• Key Skills:

  Excellent written communication, attention to detail, data entry, multitasking, email etiquette, chat support.

3. Semi-Voice Process Executive

• Role:

  A blend of voice and non-voice tasks, handling customer inquiries through both calls and written communication.

• Location:

  Manyata Tech Park.

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.

• Salary (Take Home):

  Up to 26,000

• Key Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, CRM knowledge.

• Benefits:

  2-way cab facility provided.

4. Technical Support Executive

• Role:

  Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for customers via phone or other channels.

• Locations:

  Whitefield, Bommanahalli.

• Experience & Salary (Take Home):

• Freshers:

  Up to 18,000

• Experienced (Voice & Non-Voice Technical Support):

  Up to 29,000

• Key Skills:

  Technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, problem-solving, customer support, basic IT knowledge, communication (verbal/written depending on role).
