Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition Sales Hiring

  • Handle recruitment for various sales roles:
    • Sales Executive / Sales Officer
    • Area Sales Manager
    • Business Development Executives
    • Key Account Managers
    • Inside Sales Representatives
  • Understand territory structures, sales KPIs, market experience requirements, and product domain needs.
  • Evaluate candidates based on communication, negotiation skills, field readiness, and revenue-driven mindset.

B. Talent Acquisition Non-IT Roles

Recruit for multiple business support and operational functions, such as:

  • HR, Admin, Finance, Operations
  • Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement
  • Customer Service, Marketing, Training
  • Manufacturing support roles (optional, if applicable)

C. Sourcing & Screening

  • Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, consultancies, walk-in drives, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct telephonic/video screenings to evaluate attitude, experience, domain knowledge, and stability.
  • Shortlist profiles based on Hiring Manager requirements.

D. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and Sales Heads.
  • Arrange assessment rounds: role plays, communication tests, sales pitch evaluations, etc.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal teams.

E. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Discuss salary expectations and negotiate compensation.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
  • Conduct pre-boarding and onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure all documents are collected and background verification is complete.

F. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire for Sales & Non-IT roles.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management.

G. Employer Branding & Market Mapping

  • Build talent pipelines for high-volume sales hiring.
  • Conduct market mapping for competitor organizations.
  • Represent the company in job fairs and recruitment events.

. Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in recruitment.
  • MUST have experience in

    Sales hiring

    and

    Non-IT recruitment

    .
  • Experience recruiting for FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Banking, Fintech, or Manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
