Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end order processing: review Purchase Orders (POs), confirm Bill of Materials (BOM), and create Sales Orders. • Prepare and issue Pro-forma Invoices, quotations, and dispatch documents as required. • Maintain and update Sales Order Sheets, Master Invoice Sheet, Outstanding Sheet, and Sales Projection Sheet. • Coordinate with the Logistics/Transportation team for smooth material dispatch and delivery tracking. • Handle dispatch emails and update customers on delivery status. • Follow up with customers on payment collections and maintain proper records. • Prepare and circulate weekly sales reports, as well as quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly summaries. • Update and monitor post-order documents such as Installation Sheets, ensuring coordination with the Service Department until completion. • Support the Sales Team with back-office tasks such as handling calls, maintaining records, and generating reports. • Ensure all data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready for management review.

Key Responsibilities • Implement the companys sales and business development strategy in the assigned region. • Conduct regular field visits to industries, meet decision-makers, and pitch solutions. • Generate, qualify, and close leads, ensuring timely order finalization. • Develop and execute area-specific sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and industry partners. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, sharing insights with management. • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, service, product development) to ensure smooth project execution. • Travel extensively within the assigned territory for sales visits, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analytics Expertise in Advanced Excel for data analysis and management reporting. Need to provide weekly/Monthly/ Annual reports required by MD’s office. Candidate should have expertise in macros or other formulas for making data analysis and reporting. 2. Calendar Management – Manage and maintain calendar of Managing director including Daily schedule, appointments, meetings and important tasks. Setting reminder mechanism for important tasks and coordination with other officials and department on behalf of MD’s office. 3. Correspondence – Getting dictation from MD, prepare and edit correspondence on email or letters. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and respond on behalf of the MD. 4. Confidentiality - Handle confidential information with discretion. 5. MIS and Information - Assist in the preparation of reports and perform basic research as needed. 6. Maintain and organize office systems to ensure smooth operation 7. Travel Desk – Support MD for making all travel arrangements and hotel bookings for domestic and international travel. 8. Event Management – Support MD’s office for arranging business events including exhibitions, business meetings, get together etc. 9. Admin Support – Provide necessary admin support for making all necessary arrangements requirement for important business meetings or visits by foreign delegates. Preferred candidate profile
