Key Responsibilities

• Implement the companys sales and business development strategy in the assigned region.

• Conduct regular field visits to industries, meet decision-makers, and pitch solutions.

• Generate, qualify, and close leads, ensuring timely order finalization.

• Develop and execute area-specific sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and industry partners.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, sharing insights with management.

• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, service, product development) to ensure smooth project execution.

• Travel extensively within the assigned territory for sales visits, exhibitions, and client meetings.
