Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for assigned positions.

• Source and screen candidates

  through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct

  initial telephonic interviews

  to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule

  interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update

  recruitment trackers and candidate databases

  .
• Support the HR team during

  recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews

  .
• Assist in

  preparing offer letters

  , handling

  joining formalities

  , and

  onboarding new hires

  .
• Build and maintain a

  talent pipeline

  for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–1 year

  of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience accepted).
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Basic understanding of

  recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

  .
• Ability to

  multitask

  and work in a

  fast-paced environment

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  .

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with

  job portals

  such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Knowledge of

  HR processes
