Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in hiring across multiple domains, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles (technical and non-technical) using multiple channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRMS.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment insights.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software/ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in India.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
