This is a full-time on-site role as HR Head located in Palghar at Perfect Containers Pvt Ltd. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor Required Candidate profile Employment law, handling employee relations, and HR management.
Approve first piece, line clearance, stagewise checks, inproces testing, documentation, report verification, collaborate, GMP Inspection/testing, OCOA, report, complaint/CAPA, traceability, root cause, packaging/shade cards, training, SOP/GMP, audit.
1. Ensure proper Receiving of RMPM material, Storage Material at designated area. 2. Provide RMPM to Production as per requirement 3. Responsible for Inventory compliance physical v/s Records 100%. 4. Maintain minimum and maximum stock level of RM PM Required Candidate profile 5. To maintain GMP of entire store.. 6. Preparing GRN on regular basis with proper quality checks and COA of materials received.

Look after END to END recruitment, Need experience in working in Manufacturing Unit
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs, Diagnose automation system faults and restore machine functionality. Work on servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and control panel wiring. Support automation and new machine commissioning.
Perform routine mechanical maintenance tasks, Assist in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, Conduct machine inspections and report abnormalities. Support preventive maintenance activities. Maintain documentation of jobs and checklists.
