Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining recruitment reports.

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,258.11 - ₹17,369.28 per month
