Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Madhapur,Hyderabad
Reports to: HR-Vice President
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for open roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and provide guidance on interview and selection processes.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation and benefits.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals) to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, especially for frequently recruited roles.
  • Leverage technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to track candidates, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.

3. Candidate Experience:

  • Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Should have worked in Education, Retail, Medical Industry
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status and ensure timely communication and feedback.
  • Ensure an efficient and seamless interview and hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Partner with managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Provide expertise in candidate selection, interview techniques, and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

5. Market Research & Employer Branding:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in building the company's employer brand through social media, networking events, career fairs, and other outreach activities.
  • Develop strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.

6. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing job offer letters, conducting background checks, and managing interview schedules.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).

Qualifications: Education

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing techniques, social media platforms, and job boards.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
