Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in data science, full stack development, and other Non-IT domains.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Manage job postings, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and employee integration.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and track hiring metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
