Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Raipur . The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
