Sales And Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Visit customers, construction sites, and distributors regularly for business development.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
• Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Metallurgy).
• Minimum 25 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales in the steel or allied manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of steel products and their applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of local construction and infrastructure markets.
• Experience dealing with contractors, fabricators, EPC companies, and government agencies.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in local language(s) plus English/Hindi.
