What You’ll Do 🚀

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles and departments 👩‍💼👨‍💼
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal networks 🔍
• Screen profiles, conduct HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers 🎧
• Maintain smooth communication with candidates and ensure a great hiring experience 🤝
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination 📄
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs 🌱
• Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and documentation 📊
• Support HR with employee engagement, onboarding, and other initiatives when needed 📝

Who We’re Looking For 👀

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in D2C/startup environments
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills 🔍
• Clear communication and great relationship-building abilities 🗣️
• Comfortable handling multiple roles at once
• Organized and dependable, with strong follow-up skills ✅
• Basic understanding of HR functions beyond recruitment
• Driven, proactive, and someone who takes ownership 💪
