📌 Job Description: Part-Time HR Recruiter (Work From Home) Position: Part-Time HR Recruiter Work Type: Work From Home (with occasional visits to the resort) Location: Sindhudurg, Maharashtra Industry: Hospitality Working Hours: Flexible (approx. 4–5 hours/day) 🔸 About Us Konkan Crown Resort & Club is a premier hospitality destination in Sindhudurg known for its warm service, scenic surroundings, and guest-first approach. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, self-driven HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs across departments. 🔸 Role Overview The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for various roles within the resort. This is a part-time, work-from-home role ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about recruitment, understands hospitality hiring, and can deliver results with minimal supervision. 🔸 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for all resort departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, maintenance, admin, etc.) Create job postings, source candidates, and screen resumes Conduct telephonic/online interviews and shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews with department heads Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers Assist with onboarding formalities for selected candidates Support employer branding and hiring campaigns on social media & job portals Provide weekly hiring updates to management Collaborate with management on manpower planning and urgent hiring needs 🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field) Prior experience in HR recruitment (hospitality experience is a plus) Strong understanding of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, etc.) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Good organizational and time-management skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel/Google Sheets) 🔸 Compensation Structure Fixed Monthly Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience) Incentives (Per Successful Hire): ₹500 – ₹1,500 Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month (Final structure can be customized) 🔸 Perks & Allowances Flexible working hours Mobile & Internet allowance Travel/Petrol allowance for job-related field visits Laptop allowance (or company laptop) Complimentary meals & accommodation during resort visits Learning & development support 🔸 Ideal Candidate Someone who is proactive, professional, and passionate about helping build winning hospitality teams.
