Our institution is looking for an experienced and proactive HR RECRUITER (FEMALE ONLY)to oversee and enhance our school’s human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of educational environments, and the ability to manage staff recruitment, administration, and compliance efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff.
· Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
· Handle staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
· Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory regulations, and labour laws.
· Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a healthy work culture.
· Coordinate with management for staffing needs and policy updates.
· Monitor staff performance and support appraisal processes
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (school experience preferred).
· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and statutory compliances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
