Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Baner, Pune, Work from office

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 8,000 - 10,000 per month

culture. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human

resources operations and contribute to building a thriving workplace.

Muks Robotics design and develop AI powered general purpose autonomous robots, capable of

performing tasks to reduce pain and sufferings of humanity. We have introduced Muks B1 AGI

NPU and Spaceo as a mainstream product.

Key Responsibilities:

 Recruitment Support:

 Assist in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

 Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

 Employee Engagement:

 Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.

 Conduct surveys to gather feedback and analyse employee satisfaction.

 On-boarding and Documentation:

 Assist in on-boarding new hires, including collecting necessary documents and conducting

orientation sessions.

 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

 HR Operations:

 Help with day-to-day HR operations like attendance tracking, leave management, and

employee queries.

 Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.

 Policy and Compliance:

 Support in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with labour laws and organizational

standards.

 Help maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.

What We’re Looking For:

 Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or a related field.

 Strong organizational and communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
