Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for End to End recruitment. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and cover letters, and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Extend and negotiate job offers to successful candidates. Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Build and Maintain the recruitment tracker for all open positions Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Ideal Candidate: Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media job portals etc) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of HR Recruitment practices Maintain Recruitment Trackers Willing to work in a startup environment. Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (verbal and written) Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.
