Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for End to End recruitment.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters, and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Extend and negotiate job offers to successful candidates.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Build and Maintain the recruitment tracker for all open positions
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Ideal Candidate:

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media job portals etc)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR Recruitment practices
  • Maintain Recruitment Trackers
  • Willing to work in a startup environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.
