As an HR recruiter at NetPyx located in Mohali, your role involves developing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans, identifying staffing needs through consultations with management, executing recruitment plans, and sourcing suitable candidates to fill positions. Key Responsibilities: - Filling positions within the organization. - Designing and implementing recruiting systems. - Developing a network of suitable candidates. - Working with organizations to develop recruitment plans. - Efficiently executing recruitment plans. - Drafting and posting job descriptions. - Interviewing candidates and preparing job offers. - Networking with various institutions and social media. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. - MBA preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong record-keeping abilities.
