Job Overview

As a Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent for our IT and digital service lines. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, attract the right candidates, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, campus hiring, and employee referrals.
  • Identify and attract talent for IT, analytics, digital operations, and support roles.

Candidate Screening

  • Review resumes to assess technical and functional skills required for IT services environments.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication, experience, and overall suitability.

Interview Coordination

  • Organize and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and panel discussions.

Candidate Assessment

  • Administer aptitude, technical, or behavioral assessments when required.
  • Evaluate candidates for cultural fit and alignment with organizational values.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand project requirements and workforce planning.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely feedback and follow-ups.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, competitor activities, and talent availability.
  • Support in refining sourcing strategies based on market movement.

Data & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data protection standards, and hiring compliances.

Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR is preferred

    (or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field).
  • Freshers or candidates with recruitment experience (IT/ITES hiring preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interviewing methods, and talent evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
