HR - Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handling end-end recruitment (Screening, shortlisting, conducting initial telephonic discussion).
• Should be Familiar with complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
• Sourcing resumes from various sources Employee Referrals, job portals, ads, and company website job postings.
• Screening the candidates through telephonic conversation, for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment.
• Negotiating the Salary according to Company Standards.
• Follow-Up the short-listed Candidates till they join the Company.
• Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered, and declined.
• Proper coordination with the management & candidates till the offer letters are roll ed out. Following up the candidates till they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on boarding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experiences with Sourcing techniques
• Ability to post and advertise job openings in various portals.
• Proven experiences in Sourcing, Screening, Interview coordinating, onboarding, Documentation.
• Any Bachelor degree.
• Strong Communication skill

• Hindi Speaking candidates are preferred.

• Good knowledge of excel, word, PowerPoint.
