Job Description

🔑 ResponsibilitiesClient Requirement Gathering Interact with client HR / Operations to understand the job descriptions, process type (voice, non-voice, blended, technical). Clarify skills, salary budget, shift timings, joining timelines. Sourcing Candidates Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn). Run Boolean & X-ray searches for targeted talent. Tap social media, referrals, walk-ins, college tie-ups, WhatsApp/Telegram groups. Maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring BPO roles. Candidate Screening Check communication skills, accent (for international voice), grammar, typing speed (non-voice). Verify willingness for night shifts, rotational offs, 6-day working if applicable. Pre-screen salary expectation, location, notice period. Interview Coordination Schedule telephonic / virtual / client interviews. Prepare candidates with process knowledge, interview FAQs, client expectations. Track no-shows, dropouts, and reschedules. Client Management Share daily/weekly trackers with client HR (sourced, interviewed, shortlisted, offered, joined). Act as a liaison between candidates and client. Resolve escalations (candidate issues, joining delays, offer declines). Offer & Joining Follow up with client and candidate until offer release. Support documentation, background verification, onboarding. Reduce backouts and early attrition by regular engagement. MIS & Reporting Maintain Excel/ATS trackers for each client. Report metrics: submissions, interviews, offers, joins, revenue per recruiter. Meet weekly/monthly client hiring targets. 🛠 Skills RequiredStrong sourcing ability across portals & social media. Excellent communication (to screen voice candidates). Negotiation & persuasion skills. Target-driven mindset (consultancies often work on closures & revenue). Relationship management (with both clients & candidates). Knowledge of volume hiring and attrition management in BPO. 📊 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Number of profiles shared vs shortlisted. Number of offers vs joins. Client satisfaction & feedback. Time-to-fill (speed of closure). Revenue generated from closures.
