Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Video Creators, Team Leads, Content Writers, Channel Managers, Thumbnail Designers, and Operations staff. Manage high-volume hiring requirements to support aggressive team scaling. Draft, publish, and manage job postings across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and relevant hiring channels. Actively source candidates through databases, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach. Conduct initial HR screening calls, evaluating communication skills, cultural fit, availability, and role alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews, practical tests, and evaluations with Team Leads and Hiring Managers. Maintain a structured candidate pipeline and hiring tracker using Google Sheets or ATS tools. Ensure quick turnaround times from sourcing to offer to avoid candidate drop-offs. Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining confirmations. Manage documentation, background checks (if applicable), and onboarding coordination. Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and attrition. Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and future hiring needs. Ensure hiring processes are aligned with company policies, timelines, and growth plans. Act as the primary HR point of contact for candidates during the hiring phase. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in media, digital marketing, startups, or high-growth companies. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and high-volume hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus). Ability to assess candidates for skill fit, attitude, reliability, and growth mindset. Highly organized with strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and screening tools. Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic HR tracking systems. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Experience: 2–6 years in recruitment / HR / talent acquisition. Perks and Benefits Permanent work-from-home role (India). Competitive pay: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience).
