- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely hiring solutions.
- Utilize and manage HR software to streamline recruitment workflows, track candidate progress, and generate recruitment reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the software.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation, induction, and orientation activities are completed.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial phase.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support broader HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and training programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and assist in HR reporting.
