1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance, including:
2. Developing job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
3. Sourcing candidates through various channels (internal mobility, employee referrals, online platforms, social media, networking events, etc.).
4. Screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
5. Managing the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring timely communication.
6. Conducting reference checks and background checks.
7. Preparing and extending offer letters.
8. Onboarding new hires.
1. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
2. Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,Naukri.).
3. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
